The Bridgebrands across borders
I help brands cross between India and Italy, turning cultural understanding into market entry, partnerships and events that actually land on the other side.

Two cities, one fluent translator of culture into commerce.
“India is the next market”, you hear it everywhere. But the corridor between India and Italy is never as direct as it looks.
More than a pipeline of contacts, what moves things is understanding, of places, of people, of how taste actually travels. Once that’s clear, the rest flows naturally. That understanding is the bridge I build.
The corridor I chose to work in
I came to Milano knowing absolutely no one, not a single contact in the industry or the city. Close to two years later, I’ve built everything from scratch. That’s the beauty of being curious and a little relentless.
Fashion at Istituto Marangoni
I set out with fashion as my career path, studying at Marangoni and falling for the business behind the beauty.
Fashion PR & Advertising
I tested a lot, moving through Fashion PR and advertising to learn how brands are actually built and sold.
Woman@Dior, Milano
Selected as one of only two from the Mumbai campus for the Woman@Dior mentorship programme, my first real bridge to Milano.
Behind shows & events
In Milano I worked behind the scenes at shows and events, learning the city from the inside out, one room at a time.
The podcast finds its voice
My podcast started to pick up, conversations on craft, culture and the people building between worlds.
Business development at Design Week
At Design Week I landed in business development between Milano and Mumbai, and realised this corridor is exactly where I want to be.
“More than knowing everyone, it’s about understanding people and places. Once that’s clear, everything else flows, directly, naturally.”

Suhani
From Mumbai, based in Milano, I work at the seam where Indian and Italian culture meet business.
My background runs from fashion and PR to events and business development, but the through-line has always been the same: helping people and brands move between two of the world’s most expressive cultures. I believe culture isn’t decoration on a business plan, it is the business plan.
I came to Milano with curiosity and not much else, and built a network, a podcast and a practice from the ground up. Now I help others make that same crossing feel a lot less daunting.
Let’s talkServices
Four ways to cross the bridge, engaged on their own, or together as one end-to-end market-entry programme.
On craft, culture
and crossing over
I sit down with the makers, founders and curious minds building between India and Italy.
Each episode is a candid conversation about taste, identity and what it really takes to carry an idea from one culture into another. New episodes land on Spotify.
